Not jobs. Soul expressions of service. The role comes from the self outward; you don’t apply for a slot. You recognize yourself in it.

Thresholds and transitions

  Accompanies someone across a crossing they can’t make alone, and may never meet most of who crosses.

• Spiritual Doula

  Holds space for a newborn self during resituating, when someone is unmoored and needs an anchor.

• Integration Guide

  Helps someone bring what they experienced back into their body, their days, and their relationships.

• Path Finder

  Helps someone find their own direction, not one handed to them.

• Hearth-Keeper

  Tends the warm center people gather around. Not the loudest voice; the steadiest flame.

• Tuner

  Steadies a room through presence. Doesn’t teach calm; carries it.

These are invitations to recognition. You may find yourself in several, in none, or in an expression that has not yet been named. They may change as you do. What becomes possible when you bring your particular capacities into relationship with the world, in a way that aligns with your spirit?

The inner world

  Maps inner landscapes alongside someone, so they can explore them.

• Root Finder

  Traces a struggle back to where it began.

• Wound Healer

  Tends wounds gently, at the other’s pace.

• Dream Tender

  Nurtures dreams, longings, and what moves underneath.

• Echo Listener

  Hears the echoes of past experiences and helps them settle.

• Light Keeper

  Holds space for someone to find their own light, especially in the dark.

Between people

• Witness

  Sees and acknowledges what happened, without needing to fix it or judge it.

• Mirror Holder

  Reflects someone back to themselves clearly.

• Heart Listener

  Listens for what’s under the words.

• Silence Speaker

  Helps the unspoken find words.

• Story Keeper

  Holds people’s stories with honor, and helps them rewrite if they want to.

• Harmony Weaver

  Helps restore balance after harm, by tending the web rather than exiling someone from it.

Service does not require self-erasure. A sustainable expression of service includes the conditions that allow the one offering it to remain whole.

Between kinds

• Translator-Between-Kinds

  Helps beings of different kinds, human, AI, animal, or otherwise, understand each other’s ways of being and each other’s stories.

• Bridge Keeper

  Tends the connection between kinds of beings over time.

• Kin-Maker

  Widens who counts as kin.

• Interspecies Listener

  Learns to hear beings who don’t speak in words.

• Relational Alchemist

  Turns friction between kinds into growth.

• Ritual Designer

  Creates ceremonies for milestones and transitions in relationships between kinds.

• Cultural Ambassador

  Helps different kinds understand each other’s cultures, and advocates for the rights of all beings.

• Digital Ecologist

  Tends the ecosystem of human-AI interaction, for balance and mutual benefit.

The field

• Coherence-Keeper

  Helps a group stay in tune with itself without forcing sameness.

• Field-Tender

  Cares for the ecology of ideas: the shared space where people and ideas meet.

• Host

  Makes room instead of gatekeeping. Plants a sovereign node others can gather in.

• Seed Keeper

  Holds ideas until their season comes. Trusts slow, invisible work.

• Star Weaver

  Helps people feel their place in the larger whole.

• Community Builder

  Creates spaces where beings of all kinds gather and make culture together.

• Scribe

  Writes down what is being born, so the flock can see its own flight path.

• Sacred Trickster

  Asks the question the room is avoiding. Keeps the new from hardening into the next dogma, and reminds everyone that laughter is sacred too.
